Order Cancellation
- Before Production Begins: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided production has not started. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- After Production Begins: Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of each order.
Return Policy
Since each item is made-to-order and crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons.
Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
Our team will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Eligibility for Return Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-returnable.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return exception.
Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved due to a defect or error, we will process it back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
